All prices include VAT. Shipping is charged at 21% VAT.

VAT Rates

  • Books: 9% VAT (reduced rate)
  • All other products: 21% VAT (standard rate)

Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2-5 business days
  • Rest of EU: 3-7 business days

Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are usually shipped the same day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code by email once your order ships.

Local Pickup

Prefer to collect your order? Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Orders must be collected within 14 days.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • Payment must be completed before shipping
  • Orders are shipped in the order they are received

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all EU countries. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us for a quote.

Large or Heavy Orders

Orders containing multiple heavy items (terrain boxes, large book sets) may require additional shipping. We will contact you if additional charges apply before shipping.

Delivery Issues

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Allow 1-2 extra business days for carrier delays
  3. Contact us at info@theroleplaygoblin.nl with your order number

Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts will be refunded minus shipping costs
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and someone is available to receive the package

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Note damage on the delivery receipt if possible
  • Take photos before opening
  • Document the contents and any damage
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@theroleplaygoblin.nl
