1. You order, we reserve
Payment is taken up front through iDEAL or card. That is what lets us hold stock against your name rather than hoping there is a spare copy on release day.
2. We keep you posted
If a publisher moves a date, you hear it from us by email. You can cancel for a full refund at any point before we ship.
3. It ships on release
Stock reaches us shortly before street date so your parcel goes out in time, not weeks after. Or pick it up in the shop.

Questions about pre-ordering
When am I charged?
At the moment you order. We are a small shop and we pay our distributors up front to secure allocation, so we cannot hold a copy on a promise. In exchange, your copy is genuinely reserved rather than provisional.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before it ships, for a full refund. Email us and it is done, no reason needed.
What if the release date moves?
Publishers slip dates and we cannot prevent that. What we can do is tell you as soon as we know, and you can either wait or cancel for a refund.
What if I order a pre-order and something in stock together?
At checkout you choose. Either we send the in-stock items now and the pre-order when it arrives, or we hold everything and send one parcel. Splitting costs a small handling fee, keeping it together is free.
Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, to Belgium and the rest of the EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout and free over €55 within NL.
